You should not have to take my word for whether this works on your documents. The first step is small enough to authorise on your own card, and it ends with a measurement rather than a proposal.

Step one, start here

Proof run

€400 three days

Send me one real questionnaire and the policy documents that should answer it. I run it through the system and report exactly what came back: how many answers were cited and usable, how many correctly abstained, and how many were wrong. You get the harness, so you can re-run it yourself and disagree with me using my own tooling.

Step two

Pilot

€1,800 published, or €3,000 private

Two prices, one condition. The lower one applies when I may publish what the system measured on your corpus, anonymised if you prefer, with your approval on every word. Same scope either way.

One workflow, end to end, on your real documents, with the eval harness that measures it. Three to five weeks, fixed scope.

Step three

Build

from €7,500 milestone-based

Production hardening, integration, monitoring, and the handover materials your team needs to own it: design notes, tests, and the known gaps written down rather than discovered later.

How I quote

The proof run and the pilot are priced as products, at the figures above. Builds are quoted per milestone from what the pilot measured, so the estimate rests on your corpus rather than on a guess. You are not buying hours, and scope changes are priced before they start rather than invoiced afterwards.

Contract and freelance only, working EET (UTC+2) with overlap into North American mornings. Briefs get a reply the same business day.
